Felix the Huddersfield Cat Scores a PURRmotion

Felix, a fetching tuxie with career aspirations, has been promoted to Senior Pest Controller at the West Yorkshire Train Station (UK).

The well-loved cat was finally rewarded for five years of meritorious service to the Transpennine Express rail network. With the promotion comes a snappy yellow jacket and name badge.

Felix has toiled at the station since she was nine weeks old. They even built her own cat flap into one of the barriers, allowing her free access to all parts of the station to carry out her duties.
She’s also the station’s social media manager, with her Facebook page garnering nearly 30,000 likes from fans around the world.
