Can you believe it’s already been a year since Kitten Bowl VII? Who will follow Alvin Catmara as this year’s MVP (MVK?)
The pawpular event, hosted by Beth Stern, Cameron Mathison and Tamera Mowry-Housley, will take place hours before the Super Bowl, so you won’t have to debate which event to watch (like there’s even a question). Sadly, Hallmark didn’t go all-out this year like they did in 2020. Last year we got unique names for each kitten, but no such luck this year. It also appears as if Hallmark ditched the Cat Bowl, which only had a two-game run.
It’s also worth noting the Kitten Bowl is aimed to help adoption rates. The kittens are provided by the North Shore Animal League, the world’s largest no-kill rescue and adoption organization. The organization’s partner shelters across the country will be holding Kitten Bowl Party adoption events to help.
The Kitten Bowl will feature over 100 adoptable kittens & cats.
